  Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides a structured level of behavioral health support for individuals who need more intensive services while continuing to live within the community. Through therapeutic groups, individualized support, skill development, and coordinated care, clients have opportunities to address behavioral health and substance use concerns in a supportive environment.  

 Behavioral health needs can often be connected to challenges involving housing, employment, healthcare, transportation, benefits, legal obligations, and other everyday responsibilities. Our case management services help individuals identify these needs and connect with appropriate community resources and supportive services. 

Recovery is an ongoing process that extends beyond treatment. Our recovery support services provide encouragement, education, skill-building, and connection to resources that can help individuals strengthen and maintain their recovery.

We focus on helping individuals identify personal strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, establish meaningful recovery goals, build supportive connections, and create routines that promote continued growth. Our approach recognizes that recovery looks different for everyone and supports each person in developing a path forward that reflects their individual needs and goals.
